MacIntyre’s No Limits, which offers education and support for young people with a learning disability and autism, won the 2012 Charity Awards Disability in the Disability category, an award that celebrates excellence across the Disability sector. The awards ceremony took place on June 14th during a gala dinner at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London, and had the presence of representatives from the whole charity sector.
“Winning this award acknowledges the excellent work that the No Limits team does across the country, supporting young people to live and learn in their local communities. We are very proud of their achievements and they fully deserve this recognition.”

MacIntyre’s No Limits has been providing specialised community based education and support for several years and success stories continue to arise from the service. MacIntyre’s publication The Ring tells a recent story of a young man overcoming his fear of trying new things and his achievement of a freer life through dance, with the support of No Limits. This is only one of many successful stories that have emerged from No Limits.
